LexisNexis Regulatory Compliance in Sydney is seeking a commercially driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a high-performing team. You will be the first point of engagement, generating qualified opportunities and helping prospect through a range of industries including healthcare, education, and technology.

1-2 years' experience in Sales or SDR/BDR/Outbound roles.
Confidence engaging decision-makers and navigating gatekeepers.
High levels of energy and drive to hit targets.
Strong communication skills and commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

Engage senior stakeholders via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
Identify opportunities by understanding compliance, risk, and regulatory challenges.
Run targeted prospecting campaigns across multiple industries and segments.
Qualify leads and generate high-quality meetings for the BDM team.
Keep CRM data accurate and actionable.
