Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager in Melbourne to lead the Enterprise FSI + Insurance sales team across Australia and New Zealand. You will recruit, coach and scale a high-performing group, accelerate net-new revenue, and foster executive relationships with major clients.

You should have 10+ years of sales, 5+ in people management, and a track record of scaling technology sales in a high-growth environment. Collaboration with Product and global Sales is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience with 5+ years in people management.
• Solid enterprise lifecycle sales experience in the AUNZ region.
• Experience leading sales in a high-growth technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and lead a team of new business sales professionals focused on the Enterprise FSI + Insurance segment.
• Develop long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations with focus on key sales metrics.
• Increase revenue and net-new client acquisition at high growth rates.
• Coach the team in consultative and solution-based sales across the lifecycle.
