Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience and 5+ years of people management experience.
• Solid Enterprise life-cycle sales experience in the AUNZ region; role involves winning net new and managing large enterprise users in the region.
• Demonstrated experience leading sales in a high-growth technology environment.
• Ability to hire, train and coach a high-performance sales team.
• Ability to build strategic executive relationships with customers and industry thought leaders.
• Demonstrated passion for helping to scale new technology businesses.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts, and translate them into industry- or business-relevant terms.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and lead a team of new business sales professionals with a focus on the Enterprise segment.
• Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations with focus on sales metrics.
• Be accountable for increasing revenue and new client acquisition at high growth rates.
• Coach and guide the team in consultative and solution-based sales skills throughout the sales cycle.
• Build enduring customer relationships, up to C-level executives, across accounts.
• Inspire and develop team members to promote career growth and impact for Stripe.
• Collaborate across teams to shape Stripe’s products to customer needs and work with APAC Sales.
