Job summary

Talent Forge Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business for a SaaS/Transport Management System in ANZ. This hybrid role is based in North Sydney, with a base salary of $130k–$140k plus super and $230k OTE uncapped.

You will build a robust pipeline via phone, in-person meetings, and industry events, navigating complex RFPs and security questionnaires to close multi-stakeholder deals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SaaS business development or as an Account Executive.
• Proven experience closing mid-market to enterprise deals.
• Comfort selling to senior decision-makers and owners.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline through phone outreach, in-person meetings, and industry events.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals from discovery to close, including RFPs and tenders.
• Engage AI-assisted drafting for proposals while maintaining judgment and accuracy.
• Collaborate with a global sales team to accelerate ANZ growth.
