Summary:

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking two experienced ServiceNow Reporting & Dashboard Consultants to design and build in-tool reporting and dashboards. These tools will help improve visibility into ServiceNow utilization by the client’s employees and service partners, enabling better operational insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain customized reports and interactive dashboards within the ServiceNow platform.
Analyze utilization data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and service partners to gather reporting requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within reporting solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow reporting and dashboard issues.
Stay updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements and reporting best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience designing and developing reports and dashboards within ServiceNow.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, data structures, and reporting tools.
Proficiency with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting features.
Knowledge of data visualization best practices within ServiceNow.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in large enterprise environments, preferably in financial services.
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow workflows.
