Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $61.00/hr

Proven Workday experience – hands-on configuration, support, or analysis (Workday Payroll is a strong plus)
Experience in a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Analyst role
Strong experience gathering and writing business/technical requirements (especially in Jira)
Skilled in testing system updates or new features
Ability to work cross-functionally with both business and IT teams
Strong communication skills – can clearly translate between business needs and technical teams
Highly self-motivated and independent
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Comfortable working on complex, enterprise-level projects
Detail-oriented with a mindset for process improvement
