One of our clients in the Charlotte area is looking for a Sr. Automation QA Analyst in to add to their team. The Sr. Automation QA Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing test coverage and shaping the overall testing strategy. The Sr. Automation QA Analyst will collaborate closely with team members to design and implement automated test scripts using Tosca or Selenium, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. The Sr. Automation QA Analyst engage with cutting-edge projects and technologies, driving innovation and excellence in software testing.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $45 - $50/ hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute automated test scripts to improve test coverage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine testing strategies.
Engage with cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation in software testing.
Analyze test results and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Contribute to the development of best practices in QA processes.

Experience Requirements

Strong experience in API and front-end testing.

Education Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Required
5-6 years of work experience as a test engineer

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
