ChandlerCX is seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Lead to own a large-scale, multi-workstream program that underpins our growth strategy. You will report to the Head of Delivery & Development and lead governance, forecasting and executive engagement across the program lifecycle.
You will mentor delivery teams, manage budgets, and partner with clients to deliver outcomes, leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and delivery excellence.

- Commercial experience including budgets, forecasting and financial oversight.

- Experience using Microsoft Project or similar delivery planning tools.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and delivery outcomes.

ChandlerCX is seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Lead to take ownership of one of the company's most significant and strategically important enterprise programs.
This is a newly created leadership role focused on delivering a large-scale, multi-workstream program that is critical to Chandler's growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Delivery & Development (and Chandler's Leadership Team), you will be responsible for driving delivery outcomes, commercial performance, governance, stakeholder engagement and team leadership across the program lifecycle.
Chandler CX designs, developers and delivers customer communications solutions across print, digital and multichannel platforms for organisations throughout Australia and internationally.
As part of our continued growth, we are investing heavily in large-scale transformation programs and enterprise delivery initiatives that support clients across multiple regions, industries and communication channels.
You'll take ownership of an enterprise-scale program and be responsible for:
- Leading the successful delivery of strategic programs within scope, budget and timelines.
- Managing governance, reporting, risk and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Leading and mentoring delivery teams, including Project Managers and Business Analysts.
- Driving commercial outcomes through forecasting, budgeting and financial oversight.
