Job summary

ChandlerCX is seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Lead to own a large-scale, multi-workstream program that underpins our growth strategy. You will report to the Head of Delivery & Development and lead governance, forecasting and executive engagement across the program lifecycle.

You will mentor delivery teams, manage budgets, and partner with clients to deliver outcomes, leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale programs, transformations or enterprise projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing delivery teams and multiple workstreams.
• Commercial experience including budgets, forecasting and financial oversight.
• Strong governance, reporting and risk management capability.
• Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Project or similar delivery planning tools.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a large-scale enterprise program within scope, budget and timelines.
• Oversee governance, reporting, risk and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Mentor delivery teams, including Project Managers and Business Analysts.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting and financial oversight for the program.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and clients.
• Coordinate resources across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain visibility over development, testing and deployment activities.
• Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
