Delivery / Program Lead – Mission Critical National Programme

About our client

Our client is leading a multi-stream, high-value infrastructure transformation programme of national significance, focused on modernising core platforms that underpin critical operations across a highly secure environment.

This is not a standard transformation. It is a large-scale, greenfield build and migration programme involving the redesign, deployment and transition of next-generation infrastructure across compute, network, storage, VDI and security domains.

Operating within a Defence-aligned, highly regulated environment, this programme carries significant operational importance, with delivery outcomes directly supporting essential services and long-term capability uplift.

The programme is structured across multiple parallel workstreams and migration waves, requiring strong governance, coordination and leadership at scale. It brings together a broad ecosystem of delivery partners, making it both technically complex and organisationally high-impact.

About the role

You will take full ownership of end-to-end programme delivery, leading one of the most critical transformation initiatives currently in market.

You will operate at both strategic and execution levels, ensuring alignment between architecture, engineering and delivery teams while maintaining full oversight of programme performance.

• 10+ years experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or transformation programmes
• Proven track record leading multi-vendor, multi-stream delivery environments
• Strong understanding of data centre, infrastructure or cloud transformation
• Highly credible with executive stakeholders and senior technical leaders
• Able to operate under pressure, ambiguity and tight delivery timelines

Mandatory requirement:

• NV2 clearance preferred, or NV1 with NV2 actively in progress (non-negotiable)
