Job summary

Greenpeace Australia Pacific seeks an Enterprise Platforms Lead to steer Workday and ITSM initiatives, aligning business needs with secure, scalable platform solutions.

You will own roadmaps, drive hands-on implementations, and collaborate across Finance, People & Culture, and IT Operations to ensure seamless, compliant operations. A hybrid work model and a role shaping GPAP’s tech strategy await.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise platforms and SaaS lifecycle management.
• Hands-on Workday configuration/implementation experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Finance, HR, IT Operations.
• Experience guiding third‑party vendors and internal stakeholders to milestones and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own platform roadmaps and governance for Workday, ITSM, and internal tools.
• Translate financial, payroll, and employee lifecycle requirements into Workday configurations.
• Lead implementations, cutovers, data migrations, and ongoing platform releases.
• Define deliverables, budgets, and service levels with vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with adjacent platform leads to map integration requirements and data mapping.
