Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Platform Architect to be a trusted advisor for enterprise platform strategy and governance. You will define standards, guide decisions to keep the platform healthy, scalable, and aligned to customer goals.

You will engage with CxO, enterprise architects, and platform teams to drive governance, manage risks, and enable sustainable growth across programs. You will influence adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and ensure measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience defining multi-workflow, enterprise-scale architectures.
• Proven track record engaging executives to influence platform direction.
• Experience creating governance models and platform standards.

Responsibilities

• Define platform vision aligned to IT and business goals.
• Set platform health metrics and remediation strategies.
• Define reusable architecture patterns and reference architectures.
• Provide architectural guidance ensuring designs meet standards.
