Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned security and governance executive to engage with our largest customers' C‑Suite leaders, advising on risk, governance, and AI governance on the NOW platform.

You will partner with Sales, Strategy, and Engineering to shape enterprise risk transformations, accelerate deal cycles, and position ServiceNow as the orchestration platform for risk, security, and compliance at scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in senior leadership cybersecurity/governance roles.
• Former CISO/CRO or equivalent senior cybersecurity/governance executive experience.
• Experience engaging CROs, CISOs, and Board-level risk committees as a trusted advisor.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow products (AI Control Tower, Veza, Armis, GRC, IAM) ideal.

Responsibilities

• Engage CXO executives and advise on risk, governance, and AI governance on the NOW platform.
• Partner with Sales and Strategy to build GTM strategy and thought leadership.
• Accelerate sales cycles by engaging with CROs, CISOs, and Board risk stakeholders.
• Provide product and marketing feedback to Engineering and Field Marketing on risk, security, and governance roadmap.
