Job summary

REA Group is seeking a Senior leader to head Industry Partnerships, Sponsorships and Training. You will unify strategy, build enterprise relationships, and design scalable training across residential and commercial segments.

The role focuses on driving revenue, product adoption and customer advocacy through strategic partnerships and training programs. You will lead enterprise sponsorships, align initiatives with GTM and product launches, and ensure measurable outcomes for customers and REA.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B partnerships / enterprise sales / commercial strategy.
• Experience leading customer training, enablement, or industry engagement programs at scale.
• Demonstrated success in designing and executing commercial strategies that deliver measurable revenue and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Industry Partnerships & Training strategy aligned to REA priorities across Residential, RCA, New Homes, Realtair, Campaign Agent and broader Customer Group.
• Drive a unified customer experience and ROI by coordinating sponsorships and partnerships at an enterprise level.
• Translate strategy into a three-year roadmap, annual OKRs and quarterly plans with stakeholders across partnerships, Customer Excellence and leadership.
• Represent Industry Partnerships & Training in Customer Leadership forums, using data and trends to influence decisions.
• Champion a one-customer / one REA mindset across Specialist Sales, Customer Success, GTM and Product.
• Lead enterprise relationships, sponsorships and ongoing strategy discussions with customers to unlock growth opportunities.
