Job summary

REA Group is seeking a Leader for Industry Partnerships & Training to unify sponsorships and partnerships across the enterprise, driving revenue and customer value. The role sits at the heart of strategy, partnerships, and training, with a view to building scalable, measurable programs across national customers.

You will own the strategy, roadmap, and ROI for partnerships and training, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Sales to deliver joint programs and industry insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B partnerships or enterprise sales.
• Ability to lead customer training and enablement at scale.
• Proven track record in designing commercial strategies with measurable revenue.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management, including C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Industry Partnerships & Training strategy aligned to Residential / RCA / New Homes / Realtair / Campaign Agent and broader Customer Group priorities.
• Translate strategy into a clear three‑year roadmap, annual OKRs and quarterly plans for the team and collaborate with key stakeholders to scale execution.
• Lead enterprise sponsorships and partnerships, ensuring clear value propositions and ROI.
• Own the National Customer Training strategy, delivering a scalable 'one-to-many' program across tier 1–3 customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Sales to design and deliver joint programs across our sponsorship opportunities.
