REA is seeking a senior leader to head Industry Partnerships, Sponsorships and Training, unifying strategy across partnerships, sponsorships and customer education to drive revenue and product adoption.

You will own an enterprise roadmap, lead cross‑functional teams, and build scalable training programs for national customers, franchises and partners, with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI. This hybrid role supports Melbourne or Sydney operations.

Qualifications

• Essential experience in B2B partnerships / enterprise sales / commercial strategy.
• Experience leading customer training, enablement, or industry engagement programs at scale.
• Proven ability to translate data and insights into actionable roadmaps and outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Define and own Industry Partnerships & Training strategy aligned to priorities.
• Translate strategy into a three-year roadmap, OKRs and quarterly plans.
• Represent Industry Partnerships & Training in leadership forums with data-driven insights.
• Lead enterprise relationships and sponsorships to maximise ROI.
• Own partnership lifecycle and refer opportunities to growth teams.
• Ensure sponsorships have clear value propositions and measurable success metrics.
• Partner with Product, Marketing and Sales to design joint programs and data partnerships.
• Oversee National Customer Training strategy for 1-to-many programs across customers.
