Reserve Bank of Australia invites applications for an IT Operations Analyst. This role focuses on enterprise monitoring, automation support, and proactive issue detection to improve reliability across the technology landscape.

You will implement, configure, and maintain enterprise tools for automation, scheduling, deployment, release management, and monitoring, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Broad knowledge of network and systems infrastructure including UNIX, Windows, and mainframe components.
• 5+ years in IT operations, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform Tier II support for IT Operations Command Center.
• Provide project support for major initiatives in operations and support.
• Conduct proactive network analysis to ensure performance and reliability.
• Develop documentation and metrics to measure efficiencies.
• Coordinate change management within network infrastructure.
• Produce reports on impacting issues and maintain system documentation.
