Job summary

The Reserve Bank of Australia invites applications for an IT Operations Analyst. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the office at Bella Vista or Chifley Square, Sydney CBD, and is a fixed-term contract until November 2027.

You will deliver enterprise monitoring and automation support, install and maintain tools for automation, scheduling, deployment, and system monitoring across the tech landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Operations or similar in large organisations.
• Experience configuring monitoring and automation tools.
• Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash, JavaScript).
• Familiar with enterprise tools Safeguard, Spectrum and Tidal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise monitoring and automation support for critical systems.
• Keep IT incidents under control and drive standardisation and reliability.
• Configure monitoring, scheduling and deployment tools; develop scripts.
• Support the IT Operations Project team and improve efficiency.
