Job summary

Forter is seeking an Implementation Engineer in Sydney to own the successful delivery of integrations for enterprise customers. You will lead from kickoff to go-live, aligning stakeholders and ensuring business value is realized.

You will build detailed project plans, manage risks, and drive cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Analytics. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential, and prior payments/ecommerce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects for enterprise customers.
• Proven track record delivering multiple concurrent projects on time.
• Excellent organisational skills with focus on delivery quality and customer experience.
• Owner mindset: proactive and accountable to move projects forward.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential for this position.
• Experience in payments or ecommerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of integration projects for your portfolio, acting as project lead and primary point of contact from kickoff through go-live.
• Build, maintain, and drive project plans to completion, proactively identifying risks and blockers and course-correcting before they threaten timelines.
• Lead project governance with customer stakeholders, setting agendas and managing relationships with senior stakeholders to keep them engaged.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, and Analytics to translate progress into actionable insights.
• Track and report on project health and delivery metrics for your portfolio, flagging risks early in team meetings.
• Contribute to Forter’s implementation playbooks and processes, feeding back learnings from projects.
