Job summary

Onset in Sydney is seeking a Delivery Manager to partner with the CTO and shape a structured, visible delivery across its Technology portfolio. You will translate loosely defined problems into executable plans while collaborating with Engineering and business teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology delivery experience.
• Experience with multiple initiatives and competing priorities.
• Ability to work with Engineering and business teams.
• Comfort with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.
• Fintech/financial services domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple technology initiatives from requirements through to production.
• Coordinate Engineering and stakeholders across Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Sales and Marketing.
• Create clear plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery visibility.
• Identify risks and resolving blockers before they impact delivery.
• Support quarterly Technology planning and prioritisation.
• Improve delivery practices and ways of working without adding unnecessary process.
• Use Jira and Confluence to maintain visibility and accountability.
