Job summary

SEEK is seeking a senior leader to own the design and deployment of AI-enabled platforms and workflows embedded with multiple teams. You will partner with Product, Data, Architecture, AI and Engineering to deliver scalable intelligence solutions that enhance decision-making and productivity across SEEK.

You will drive adoption through training, governance and scalable operating rhythms, while reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence.

Qualifications

Experience designing and building AI-enabled products, workflows or decision-support systems.
Strong understanding of modern AI technologies including LLMs and related architectures.
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into practical, scalable technical solutions.
Strong business judgement linking objectives to operational tools and processes.
Experience embedding new tools through stakeholder engagement and coaching.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled solutions for embedded teams from opportunity to adoption.
Build intelligence platforms, copilots, and agents that automate core processes.
Collaborate with Product, Data, Architecture, AI and Engineering to align with SEEK patterns.
Develop training, playbooks and communities of practice to drive adoption.
Monitor adoption, quality and impact to continuously improve workflows.
