Job summary

HP Recruitment seeks an Infrastructure Solution Manager to translate complex business and technical requirements into practical enterprise ICT solutions for large customers. You will cover networking, storage, cloud and data centre technologies and collaborate with sales teams and specialists throughout the sales cycle.

The role focuses on end-to-end design, architecture documentation and commercially viable proposals, with hands-on involvement in workshops, presentations and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Five years or more in ICT infrastructure, solution architecture, pre-sales engineering or technical consulting.
• Broad knowledge across networking, storage, cloud and data centre infra.
• Experience designing integrated solutions for enterprise opportunities.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical, commercially viable solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ business objectives, technical requirements and infrastructure needs.
• Design integrated solution architectures across networking, storage, cloud and data centre technologies.
• Lead technical discussions, discovery workshops, solution presentations and product demonstrations.
• Prepare solution proposals, architecture documents, bills of materials and tender responses.
• Coordinate with product specialists, commercial teams, partners and delivery teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Identify solution risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Support solution handover and provide technical guidance during implementation.
• Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends and competitor solutions.
