Job summary

Huawei Australia is seeking an Infrastructure Solution Manager to develop end-to-end enterprise ICT infrastructure solutions. The role collaborates with customers, sales teams, technical specialists and partners to design integrated solutions spanning networking, storage, cloud and data centre infrastructure.

The candidate will translate business needs into practical, commercially viable architectures, lead workshops and deliver compelling proposals throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Telecommunications or related discipline.
• 5+ years in ICT infrastructure, solution architecture, pre-sales or technical consulting.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, storage, cloud and data centre infrastructure.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical and commercially viable solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ business and technical requirements and develop end-to-end infrastructure solutions.
• Design solution architectures integrating networking, storage and data centre technologies.
• Lead technical discussions, solution workshops, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Prepare solution proposals, architecture documents, bills of materials and tender responses.
• Coordinate with product specialists, commercial teams, partners and delivery teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, commercially competitive and aligned with customer requirements.
• Identify solution risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Support solution handover and provide technical guidance during implementation.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor solutions.

• Experience designing integrated solutions and supporting complex enterprise opportunities.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical and commercially viable solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, technical specialists, partners and delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise networking, data centre, cloud or cybersecurity solutions.
• Relevant technical or solution architecture certifications.
• Experience working with enterprise customers, system integrators or technology vendors.
