Job summary

BUCK is seeking a Client Services Lead to steward enterprise client relationships, translate business needs into creative-driven solutions, and drive long-term partnership health. You will work with Client Service Directors, Creative Directors, Producers, and senior stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and successful outcomes.

The role requires strong communication across design, animation, and production disciplines, with on-site preference in Sydney and occasional travel. #

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of account management or client success experience within design, animation, or related fields.
• Fluent business English with strong communication across time zones and stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Own primary client relationships across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Translate client feedback into direction for creative and production teams.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and Producers to align goals and delivery.
• Support strategic partnership growth and client satisfaction initiatives.
• Travel internationally as needed to support project needs.
