Job summary

Val Morgan in Sydney seeks a Client Solutions Executive in the Brandfit department to bridge sales and partner communications, supporting partnership delivery from creative production to campaign launch.

You will be the client’s primary contact for campaign implementation, create and manage production documents, schedules and client-facing materials, and generate post-campaign analyses to demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in media or agency environments managing advertising strategies and campaigns.
• Experience partnering with internal teams to meet client goals.
• Proven client-facing experience and ability to tailor messages.
• Experience reporting on campaign performance and delivery.
• Autonomy to manage projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Solutions team from creative production through to campaign launch.
• Act as the client’s main contact for campaign implementation.
• Create and manage production documents and client-facing materials.
• Produce post-campaign reports and performance analyses.
