• 5+ years agency experience in account management, client service, business strategy or integrated marketing roles.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and stakeholders across complex projects.
• Strong understanding of how commercial performance enables creative excellence.
• Experience working with strategy, creative and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills.
