Job summary

Perigon Group is partnering with a market-leading organisation to appoint an Enterprise Change Risk Specialist. You will join a high-performing risk function to enhance risk maturity across the enterprise and drive strategic advisory responsibilities.

Working within the risk transformation team, you’ll oversee project and program risk, engage with executives, and embed robust risk management capabilities to support transformation and better decision-making.

Qualifications

• Background in risk management within a regulated industry.
• Experience supporting transformation, project or change environments.
• Strong governance and regulatory obligations knowledge.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• Strategic mindset with communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to support enterprise-wide risk transformation initiatives
• Deliver independent risk review and challenge across change portfolios
• Develop and embed improved risk management practices and frameworks
• Facilitate workshops, training and stakeholder engagement activities
• Provide practical risk advice to support strategic business outcomes
