Perigon Group is assisting a leading financial services organisation in Sydney to hire an Enterprise Change Risk Specialist. This newly created role shapes how risk is managed, rather than running existing processes, within a growing Risk Transformation function.

You'll be the second-line voice across major projects and transformation programs, helping lift risk maturity across the enterprise while facilitating training and workshops to build capability.

Qualifikationen

• Solid risk management experience across operational, enterprise, project risk or regulatory change.
• Experience supporting change or transformation programs from a risk standpoint.
• Background in a regulated environment (financial services preferred).
• Think critically and challenge processes with practical judgment.
• Confidence to constructively challenge and influence without direct authority.
• Comfort working through ambiguity in a transforming organisation.
• Exposure to Archer, PPM or project risk frameworks is a plus, not essential.

What You'll Bring

• Solid risk management experience, ideally across operational risk, enterprise risk, project risk or regulatory change
• Experience supporting change or transformation programs from a risk perspective
• A background in a regulated environment. Financial services is preferred, but strong candidates from energy, utilities or other complex regulated organisations will be considered
• Sharp critical and conceptual thinking: you step back and ask "does this actually make sense?" rather than just checking whether the process was followed
• Confidence to challenge constructively, high emotional intelligence and a practical, common-sense approach
• Comfort working through ambiguity in an organisation that is transforming
• Exposure to Archer, PPM or project risk frameworks is a plus, but not essential
