Job summary

Randstad Pty is seeking an Enterprise Risk Transformation Specialist in Brisbane CBD with WFH flexibility. This is a full-time role within a Line 2 Risk function, focused on uplifting risk maturity and embedding updated practices across the business.

You will partner with stakeholders to design and implement risk frameworks, lead change initiatives, and deliver training to embed new processes while ensuring alignment with APRA/ASIC requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience: Strong background in financial services, within a Line 2 Risk environment.
• Technical Knowledge: APRA/ASIC regulatory requirements, risk management frameworks, and audit standards.
• Execution & Ownership: Hands-on ownership of projects, gathering requirements, and delivering practical operational improvements.
• Desirable: Exposure to project management disciplines and project risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and execution of enterprise change initiatives aligned with strategic objectives and risk profiles.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, document, and roll out updated risk management frameworks, policies, and operational processes.
• Support end-to-end change management by developing and delivering training, conducting workshops, and driving process embedment.
• Define business requirements, conduct risk assessments, and provide insights to improve control effectiveness and business performance.
• Build working relationships across all levels, advising internal teams on risk management issues, regulatory requirements, and practical implementation.

The Opportunity

This is a high-priority position within a Line 2 Risk function, supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The role focuses on delivering key projects to uplift organisational risk maturity and strengthen risk management processes across the business. You will work directly with stakeholders across the organisation to design, implement, and embed updated risk practices, frameworks, and procedures.

Your Impact

• Risk Transformation & Delivery: Lead the coordination and execution of enterprise change initiatives aligned with strategic objectives and risk profiles.
