Job summary

Coal Services Pty Limited is seeking a Change Manager in a fixed-term full-time role spanning 12 months, with flexible location across Newcastle and Sydney. You will lead enterprise-wide change across a diverse portfolio of transformation initiatives and partner with leaders to drive adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working.

You will work within a PMO environment, influence stakeholders, embed governance and adoption measures, and contribute to meaningful industry-wide

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business, HR, Communications or related field.
• Experience with recognised change methodologies (Prosci, APMG) will be highly regarded.
• Experience supporting transformation programs, PMO-led initiatives or enterprise-wide change projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end change management support across a range of strategic transformation initiatives.
• Help leaders and employees successfully navigate organisational change.
• Assess change impacts and develop practical solutions to support adoption and readiness.
• Create engaging communication, stakeholder engagement and learning strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with project teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Track change progress, identify risks and support smooth business transitions.
• Build change capability across the organisation and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work across diverse business areas including Health, Mines Rescue, Regulation & Compliance, and Corporate Support Services.
