Job summary

Sierra is building a platform to deliver production-grade AI agents that drive real revenue. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from pilot to deployment, ensuring scalable, reliable agents across finance, healthcare, and commerce.

You will work directly with customers, partners, and internal teams to shape the future of Sierra's core platform and agent development tools, balancing craft, speed, and customer impact.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments.
• A builder and tinkerer mindset with high agency to ship.
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
• Founder or founding engineer experience balancing craft, ownership, and speed.
• Familiarity with tools powering AI agents: eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents across industries.
• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot to deployment and iteration.
• Partner with large enterprises and startups to deploy AI agents at scale.
• Shape the evolution of Sierra's core platform with customer feedback and cross-team collaboration.
