Responsibilities

• Partner with Australian account teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical Claude-based solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprises across Australia through discovery, evaluation, and deployment phases.
• Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work, designing scalable architectures.
