tekFinder is building its Australian Claude practice from the ground up, with a clear target to place core team nationwide across Sydney and other cities. If you've shipped production Claude AI automation at enterprise scale, this is a conversation worth having.

The role is open across Senior Consultant, Manager, and Senior Manager levels, combining hands-on Claude work with client delivery and team leadership in a hybrid Australian setting.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping production AI automation using Claude.
• Ability to discuss architecture with clients and explain outcomes.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI automation solutions using Claude in client engagements.
• Lead delivery across Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager roles.
• Collaborate with enterprise clients to translate problems into technical approaches and outcomes.
