tekFinder is building its Australian Claude practice from the ground up, with a clear target to place core team nationwide across Sydney and other cities. If you've shipped production Claude AI automation at enterprise scale, this is a conversation worth having.

The role is open across Senior Consultant, Manager, and Senior Manager levels, combining hands-on Claude work with client delivery and team leadership in a hybrid Australian setting.

One of the world's largest Anthropic partners is building its Australian Claude practice from the ground up, and it's in active build phase right now. This isn't an organisation dipping a toe into AI. It's one of the most serious enterprise Anthropic environments globally, with genuine scale and genuine backing behind it. The clients are real, the mandates are live, and the leader building this team has full hiring authority with a clear target to have the core team in place by end of August. If you've shipped real AI automation work on Claude and want to do it at enterprise scale, this is worth a conversation.

The role

Open across three levels, with one common thread: you've built real things on Claude, you can talk through what you built and why, and you can hold that conversation with a client.

• Senior Consultant: hands on and technically sharp. You've shipped production agentic AI systems using Claude and can walk through the architecture, the challenges and the outcomes. You'll build and deploy AI automation use cases across agentic workflows, RAG pipelines and LLM integrated applications, embedded in client engagements.
• Manager / Associate Manager: you're leading delivery, not just contributing to it. You manage a small team while staying hands on, translate client problems into technical approaches and back again, and sit comfortably in client facing situations.
• Senior Manager: deep technical delivery combined with genuine commercial presence. You've led AI automation programmes end to end, held your own with senior client stakeholders, and you'll help shape how the practice approaches new engagements and grow the team beneath you.

What you'll bring

• Hands on production experience building and deploying AI automation using Claude, via direct API or AWS Bedrock
• Experience with agentic AI system design: multi agent orchestration, tool use, RAG pipelines, vector databases
• Strong Python and cloud experience, AWS preferred
• The ability to clearly explain what you built, how you built it, and what the outcome was. This matters as much as the technical depth
• Claude Certified Architect credential preferred, strong production delivery considered equally
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency

Good to have:

• LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar orchestration frameworks
• Prior consulting or client facing delivery background
