Job summary
Jenkin Beattie Pty Ltd, a global tech leader in AI workflow automation, is seeking a Senior Enterprise Business Development Manager to drive new enterprise logos in Australia from Sydney or Melbourne. You will engage C-suite executives and lead strategic sales conversations around AI and digital transformation.
This role offers a base salary of AUD 200,000–220,000 plus super and uncapped commissions, with OTE of AUD 350,000+.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions.
- 12+ months selling AI tools.
- Proven track record of winning complex six and seven-figure enterprise deals.
- Experience selling AI, workflow automation, enterprise software or digital transformation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive new logo acquisition across enterprise and upper mid-market organisations.
- Build and execute strategic territory and account plans.
- Prospect, qualify and close complex enterprise opportunities.
- Lead value-based sales conversations around AI, workflow automation and digital transformation.
- Work closely with Solution Consultants, Customer Success and Marketing throughout the sales cycle.
- Consistently exceed revenue and new business targets.
