Job summary

ElevenLabs in Sydney is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join our enterprise AI platform, ElevenAgents. You’ll work with Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market teams and Product Engineers to translate customer problems into deployable solutions.

You’ll lead flagship deals end-to-end, embed with strategic customers on-site, and map workflows to AI systems while collaborating with Research to shape the roadmap and demos to win business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with enterprise customers.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct for dealing with enterprise sales cycles and value propositions.
• Basic Python and API integration familiarity to prototype with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven track record of owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
• Adaptability to various customer environments, industries, and use cases.
• Technical aptitude with common LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks.
• Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end—from use case to close.
• Embed with strategic customers and deliver outcomes as part of their team.
• Identify high-impact use cases through customer problems and workflows.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products (ElevenAgents).
• Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Present results and future proposals to technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Research to feed insights back into the platform and models.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents to customers.
• Collaborate daily with customers’ engineering and executive teams to ensure production deployment.
