Qualifications

• Five or more years in digital/customer success or related roles.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and value delivery.
• Bachelor's or higher degree; Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Own customer success across an enterprise portfolio and drive value delivery.
• Lead fixed-timeframe engagements and identify improvements within scope.
• Co-create value summaries with stakeholders and drive adoption.
• Run workshops to share best practices and digital maturity improvements.
• Analyze adoption data and feedback to inform internal strategy.
