Job summary

SAP SE in Sydney and Melbourne (Hybrid) is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the SAP Academy for Customer Success. The program blends classroom phases and field experience, with full-time employment from day one and mentoring from a senior CSM.

You’ll guide customers through their journey with cloud solutions, drive retention and value realization, and partner with SAP functions to maintain customer health. Melbourne focus and Sydney focus as CSM focus areas.

Qualifications

• : 2–3 years of experience supporting customers and driving business transformation.
• Proven ability to deliver strategic guidance and solutions that drive customer success.
• Cooperative and productive approach to working relationships.
• Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing environments, and apply knowledge.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of processes.
• Proficiency in English to engage with our global network.
• AI focus areas: Adoption Mindset, Agentic AI, and Context Engineering.
• Curious and agile mindset with a passion for learning.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 10-month learn-apply program with classroom phases and field phases alongside your CSM team.
• Immerse in digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business and technology acumen, strategy/tools/process.
• Enhance skills around your solution portfolio, managing customer retention and driving value realization.
• Receive onboarding in your local market with mentoring by a senior CSM professional in the field.
• Upon completion, move into a direct customer-facing CSM role in your market with ongoing mentoring and coaching.
