Job summary

The Wests Group Australia is hiring a Door Attendant for our Mayfield site on a full-time basis. You will welcome members and guests, monitor Club and government compliance, and support the smooth operation of our hospitality venues.

Working a 7-day rotating roster with Day, Afternoon and Overnight shifts, you will need RSA and RCG certifications and a commitment to customer service, teamwork and integrity. Right to work checks are part of the process.

About the position

Door Attendants play a key part to our Club operations. Accountable for ensuring our members and guests feel welcome and monitor Club and government compliance. This Full-Time opportunity is located at our Mayfield site. Responsibilities include: This position requires the ability to work a 7 day rotating roster with a mix of Day, Afternoon and Overnight shifts to meet operational requirements. Certifications required: RSA and RCG CertificationsAs part of The Wests Group recruitment and assessment process, all candidates progressing to the next stage will be required to complete relevant due diligence and probity checks specific to the role. This includes, but is not limited to, a Criminal History Check, reference checks, and right to work verification via our company portal. All associated checks and costs will be facilitated by The Wests Group.

We are seeking an energetic team player with a passion for customer service within the hospitality industry. Demonstrated strong communication and leadership qualities you will have the gift of both problem solving and people skills to manage compliance. Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable. Honesty, integrity and customer service is your primary focus.
