Job summary

NSW Health at Prince of Wales Hospital is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to provide safe, high-quality person-centred care in Acute Aged Care. Under supervision of Registered Nurses you will assist with assessments, implement care plans and monitor patients, while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes.

The role emphasises professional standards, policy compliance, and a safe care environment with ongoing education and growth opportunities in a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Holds medicines administration qualification including IV therapy.
• Able to communicate with patients, carers and staff effectively.
• Demonstrates person-centred care in daily practice.
• Knowledge of risk management, safety and quality in nursing.
• Basic computer and health information systems skills.
• Valid NSW driver’s licence (P2 or higher)
