Respect is seeking an Enrolled Nurse in Regional Australia to support clinical outcomes and resident wellbeing. You will work with Registered Nurses and care staff to deliver safe, person-centered care in a not-for-profit aged care setting.

You will conduct admissions assessments, maintain documentation, administer medications, monitor health, and participate in care planning and handovers. A Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration are essential.

Qualificações

• Diploma of Nursing and AHPRA registration as Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum of 2 years post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in aged care.
• Knowledge of residential care practices, care planning, and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive admission and ongoing assessments with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation reflecting care delivery and outcomes.
• Administer medications safely and ensure correct handling and storage.
• Monitor residents’ health and report changes to Registered Nurses.
• Participate in handovers and care planning discussions for a safe environment.
