South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) invites applications for an Enrolled Nurse in the Prince of Wales Hospital Acute Aged Care unit. You will provide safe, patient-centred nursing under supervision, assist with assessments and care plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
• Approved qualification in medicines administration including IV therapy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients, carers and staff.
• Commitment to person-centred care and safety.
• Proficiency with health information systems and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, high-quality, person-centred care under supervision of Registered Nurses.
• Assist with patient assessments, nursing care plans and monitoring.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes.
• Maintain professional standards and follow clinical policies.
