Job summary

Arcare Aged Care is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to support residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care, adhering to Arcare’s standards and values, and contributing to a positive, compassionate team environment.

Key responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, administering medications, monitoring health, wound care, and comprehensive care documentation.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Diploma of Enrolled Nursing
• Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assisting residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming
• Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate documentation
• Health Monitoring: Observing, recording, and reporting vital signs and changes in condition
• Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds
• Assessment & Reporting: Conducting assessments and documenting care via eCase, escalating concerns to the RN or healthcare team

About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and achieve positive outcomes for residents, in line with Arcare’s values and standards.
