Job summary

Yackandandah Health in Victoria is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our not-for-profit aged care team. You will work with the RN to deliver person-centred care, coordinate care plans, and support daily living activities for residents.

This part-time role offers 30–60 hours per fortnight, competitive hourly rates from $37.09–$41.40, 12% superannuation, overtime, annual leave loading, and access to EAP and career development programs.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (mandatory).
• Experience in residential aged care is preferred but new graduates are welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hold or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Passion for providing person-centred care with kindness and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the RN to support and guide the care team.
• Coordinate care in your allocated section and ensure compliance with care plans.
• Recognise and respond to changes in residents’ health.
• Deliver safe, high-quality care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and maintain accurate documentation.

The Role

Enrolled Nurses who are compassionate, motivated, and committed to person-centred care. In this role, you’ll:

This is a part-time opportunity offering between 30 and 60 hours per fortnight.

About You
