Job summary

Yarrawonga Health in Yarrawonga, Victoria, is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our Clinical Services team in residential aged care. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse delivering high-quality clinical and personal care to residents, guided by Yarrawonga Health values and aged care standards.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Certificate IV or Diploma of Nursing (EN Level 2 Classification).
• Sound understanding of Aged Care Standards and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
• A passion for supporting older people with empathy and respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and emotional support to residents, promoting independence and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional standards.
• Participate in lifestyle therapy activities and support holistic resident care.

Location: Yarrawonga, Victoria

Employment Type: Part-Time and Casual positions available

Department: Residential Aged Care facilities

Reports To: Nurse Unit Manager

About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse at Yarrawonga Health, you will be part of a compassionate, multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred care to residents. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, providing high-quality clinical and personal care in accordance with Yarrawonga Health values and aged care standards.

You will:

• Provide physical and emotional support to residents, promoting independence and wellbeing.
