Job summary

Yackandandah Health in Victoria is seeking Enrolled Nurses to provide compassionate, hands-on care, supporting residents and their families while developing nursing skills.

You will work with the RN to coordinate care, document accurately, and deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a not-for-profit setting with flexible shifts and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse is mandatory.
• Experience in residential aged care is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Hold or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Passion for providing person-centred care with kindness and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the RN to support and guide the care team.
• Coordinate care in your allocated section and ensure compliance with care plans.
• Recognise and elevate changes in residents’ health.
• Deliver safe, high-quality care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

The Role

Enrolled Nurses who are compassionate, motivated, and committed to person‑centred care. In this role, you’ll:

• Work closely with the RN to support and guide the care team
• Coordinate care in your allocated section and ensure compliance with care plans

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living

This is a part-time opportunity offering between 30 and 60 hours per fortnight.

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse - mandatory
• Experience in residential aged care (preferred, but we welcome applications from new graduates)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
