Job summary

Yarrawonga Health in Yarrawonga, Victoria is seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our Clinical Services team in residential aged care. You will deliver person-centred care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, supporting residents with high-quality clinical and personal care.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, teamwork, and advocacy to uphold dignity and respect for older people, with a focus on continuous improvement and compassionate service within a supportive regional

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Certificate IV or Diploma of Nursing (EN Level 2).
• Knowledge of Aged Care Standards and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
• Empathy and respect for older people.

Yarrawonga Health is currently seeking caring and committed Enrolled Nurses to join our Clinical Services team, supporting residents within our aged care facilities.

Reports To: Nurse Unit Manager

Salary per annum: $80,166

Location: Yarrawonga, Victoria

Department: Residential Aged Care facilities

About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse at Yarrawonga Health, you will be part of a compassionate, multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred care to residents. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, providing high-quality clinical and personal care in accordance with Yarrawonga Health values and aged care standards.

You will:

• Provide physical and emotional support to residents, promoting independence and wellbeing.
