AGL Energy is seeking an Engineering, Quality & Field Services Manager to lead the team delivering C&I solar, battery and distributed energy solutions. You will drive governance, compliance, quality standards and contractor performance while partnering across the C&I business to support project delivery and customer outcomes.

This role accelerates the energy transition and shapes how AGL delivers innovative energy solutions to customers, with a focus on safety and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering or related field qualifications with SAA Design Accreditation.
• Strong experience in solar, battery and distributed energy solutions.
• Proven leadership experience in engineering or field service environments.
• Expertise in contractor management, compliance and quality assurance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen.
• CPEng and/or RPEQ accreditation will be highly regarded.
