Job summary

AGL is recruiting for Head of Energy Solutions in Docklands, Victoria. You will lead strategy, growth and delivery of customer energy solutions, aligning commercial, sales, engineering and operations to transform opportunities into safe, customer-focused outcomes.

You’ll set direction, govern portfolios, and build high-performing teams to drive sustainable value for customers and AGL while navigating the energy transition.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in complex energy, infrastructure, commercial, engineering, operations or delivery environments.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with accountability for revenue, margin and performance.
• Experience developing and executing growth, sales and operating strategies.
• Expertise across project delivery, engineering, asset management, governance and risk management.
• Strategic, influential leader with ability to build high-performing teams and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Energy Solutions strategy, operating model and growth agenda.
• Drive portfolio growth and performance across the customer lifecycle.
• Own financial, operational and customer outcomes including revenue and margin.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across sales, project development, engineering and operations.
• Ensure safety, governance and customer experience excellence.
