AGL's Commercial & Industrial (C&I) team seeks an Engineering, Quality & Field Services Manager to lead a multidisciplinary group delivering safe, compliant and high-quality solar, battery and distributed energy projects. You will drive governance, contractor performance and operational excellence while partnering across project delivery, sales and operations to accelerate the energy transition.

You'll bring an engineering degree with accreditation, proven leadership in engineering or field

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree or related field with SAA Design Accreditation.
• Strong experience in solar, battery and distributed energy solutions.
• Proven leadership in engineering or field service environments.
• Expertise in contractor management, compliance and quality assurance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen.
• CPEng and/or RPEQ accreditation will be highly regarded.
